Since 2004, Rodney Rodchata had been training and developing dancers to be proficient in bachata dancing. 
The following are individuals trained under Rodchata's System for his teachers training for several years.

Wednesday Bachata Classes @ Allegro Ballroom, 5855 Christie ave, Emeryville, CA - 730pm to 930pm
Friday Bachata Classes at The Get Down Studio,  198 Jackson St, San Jose, CA - 8pm to 10pm

CARLO DE LOS SANTOS
Originally from the Philippines and currently residing in San Jose, California,  Carlo had been with Team Rodchata since 2007 having the privilege to learn traditional and modern style of bachata under Rodney Rodchata. Carlo currently teaches in San Jose with Rodney Rodchata at The Get Down Studio.

GUSTAVO SUAREZ
Originally from Venezuela and currently residing in the East Bay, Gustavo had been performing with Team Rodchata since 2014 and is involved with ongoing Teachers Training. He currently subs for Rodney Rodchata's Wednesday classes (Allegro) and trains current Team Rodchata dance members twice a week.

ELI PARRA
Eli resides in the East Bay side of San Francisco, California. Eli started taking Rodchata's Wednesday classes since 2014, and later on, became a member of Team Rodchata. She is now the Team Leader for the Team Rodchata Dance Co. She teaches Wednesday classes (Allegro) when Rodney is traveling. She also co-trains Team Rodchata members with Gustavo.

Henry Velasquez
Henry resided in the San Francisco Bay area. Henry started taking Rodchata's Wednesday classes since 2015, and later on, became a member of Team Rodchata. He is now the Team Leader for the Team Rodchata Dance Co.
